St. Mary's Parishioner Fr. Michael Pierz Ordained to the Priesthood

St. Mary's Parishioner, Fr. Michael Pierz was ordained a priest this past Saturday at St. Michael's Cathedral by Springfield Bishop Timothy McDonnell. Fr. Michael was ordained along with four other men. All of them will begin their pastoral assignments in the next fe weeks. Fr. Michael will have a temporary assignment and will return to Rome in the Fall to complete an advanced degree.
Fr. Michael's First Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, June 2 at 2:00 PM at St. Mary's Church, followed by a light reception at St. Mary's School. All are welcome to join in the celebration.
